- How long do helium balloons stay inflated?
- A standard latex balloon filled with helium usually floats for around 12 hours, while foil balloons hold their lift for several days. A sealant treatment helps, and keeping them out of direct heat and sun makes a noticeable difference.
- How many plates and cups are needed per guest at a party?
- Allow around two plates and two to three cups per guest at an event with food and drinks, since people put things down and lose track of them. If cake is being served as well as a meal, add a small plate per person on top of that.
- What is the difference between latex and foil balloons?
- Latex balloons are made from natural rubber, come in a wide range of colours and are the usual choice for garlands and large bunches. Foil balloons hold helium far longer and print more sharply for numbers and letters, and they can be reinflated for another occasion.
